Dog Obedience Training For Your Pet Dog

Similar to the Divine Canine show on Animal Planet. People send their out of contorl pets to a monastery where the monks there who happen to be dog trainers train the dog for a month and then give your perfectly behaved dog back.

First of all, what is crate training? Then how do you crate train a puppy? How is it useful? I know i can just search this on internet, but i find it easier to understand and more helpful from answers from yahoo answers, because there are varieties of answers from different ppl’s view and opinion.

I love our labrador very very much, just want to change a couple things: teach him to heel when walking and stop eating food off the counter. Im afraid training will transform him into a ‘robot’.

Have a lab puppy. Need some tips. He’s house trained, that wasn’t hard. But I’m having trouble with him nipping peoples hands while playing. It’s not fear biting or even a bite. when you play with him he will nip at your hands. Tail wagging and all that .Friendly dog I just don’t want him putting teeth on people.

I have a 4 week old St. Bernard puppy and she isn’t really old enough now to start training, but I was wondering what is a good age to start?
The reason I am training a 4 week old pup is because the mother did not draw any milk, and the pups had to be bottle fed. We took her to the vet and they okayed her to start eating hard watered down food because she has almost all her teeth.
