   My dog will only poo or pee in the field outside my house! I never even trained him to do t his lol. At least I don’t have to clean up after him!

   You may need to increase the amount to times that you take your dog out in the day. Also, breaking your dogs feeding up into to two smaller portions once during the day and once at night. Leaving ice cubes in the water tray instead of water will decrease the amount of pee produced lessening the need of the dog to go. They will still get the water needed from the ice, but it will be processed differently in the body. I hope these tips help.

   How often do you take your dog out and when do you feed him/her? Both of these factors can effect bathroom time for a dog.

   i’ve tryed doing this for 3 weeks almost ,my dog still doesnt pee/poop on command he only knows how to not pee inside home -.- ” he only pees when ever he feels like it

   ty trying to get our little puppy to go outside because at first we trained her to go on a mat in our house, (bad idea) so now were trying to get her to go outside

   We’ve cued them with words, but didn’t know to wait until after they were done going to reward the behavior. I’ll try what you’re saying, especially with our new 3 month old pup, and see how it goes. Thanks for posting this video!

   man you are the best on giving this advices to ppl on how to train the cocker spaniels i have 3 and they are very sweet and smart dogs they will do anything you want them to do but you just have to be patient to them and they will love you forever i love my babys

    i never thought you could train a dog to do that
    i thought their instinct was to mark their scent over others… but now i can make my dog poo when it should not when it wants too =]

    Agreed!! Getting rid of your dog is simple cowardice. Thanks Eric for this video. I’m getting a Springer Spaniel tomorrow and want to know all the little training tips before I get her. My former dog (a Cocker, died recently due to kidney problems) wasn’t trained at all and even though we loved him we knew we could have done a better job.

    Hi! i have a 3 and a half month year old yorkie, the problem is that because is a puppy i had had no limitations towards her potty but now i can be in the garden with her for half an hour or more and she does nothing and the moment she comes into the house she pees and poos…because i have a big garden and i see no reason to take her on a leash that makes it a problem 4 her 2 understand that is outside she must do her business and not inside the house?
